Event strategy: St. Lawrence College Convocation

Bringing together the St. Lawrence College Community.

The pinnacle of every student’s college experience and journey: Convocation. From coordinating 50+ volunteers and inviting alumni to organizing facilities and decor - I willingly dedicated myself to the event ensuring student success.

Holding eight ceremonies across three separate campuses, our small team of three kept on top of multiple deadlines with efficiency and tact. 

In this role, I was often faced with difficult challenges with students or external contacts. We were trained to respond rationally and effectively in a time-sensitive environment.
